Need to make a return. No Problem

Online returns are accepted at Diamonddiva UK Ltd (trading as diamonddiva @diamondsbymaria) and as such we adhere to the strict legal guidelines and legislation in place for online and distance selling. This is for the protection of all parties.

Should you wish to make an online return you must notify us, in writing, within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Please arrange to return your item in an unworn and unused condition with the original box and tags. Once your item is received and checked you will be notified of your refund. REFUNDS are usually authorised within 24hrs of such but can take up to 5 working days to complete.

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and email or contact us on the WhatsApp link provided. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. All due care must be taken for a safe return. Return and or refunds do not apply to accidental damage.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

Diamonddiva UK Ltd are unable to offer refunds on any and all custom made and or customised goods. This includes special orders, any and all altered and or reworked items. Should you wish to return an altered item, once agreed and received you will be offered a credit note or an exchange for the full amount. Terms and Conditions apply.

All of our made to order goods including bespoke custom made pieces can only be returned for a refund should the goods be faulty and or were supplied incorrectly. This does not include accidental damage. Items purchased and or collected in person are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise agreed prior to your purchase.

Our online return and refund policies are fully in line with the current sale of goods act. Your statutory rights are not affected. These can also be viewed at GOV.UK website.
