Diamonddiva UK Ltd (the company) trading as diamonddiva/ is an independently owned 'Limited Company' and web based retailer of Vintage, Preowned and Fine Diamond Jewellery goods and services. Diamonddiva UK Ltd is fully registered on Companies House' government website.

Diamonddiva UK is accredited by The National Association of Jewellers and The Society of British Jewellers. We are also a full trade member of the IGS, International Gem Society.

We will endeavour to deal with your enquiries swiftly and professionally, but please do allow a reasonable time for a response, especially evenings, weekends and public holidays. Diamonddiva offers a personal and professional 'one to one' jewellery buying service. We are here to help you with any questions you may have about any of our items listed and or services provided. No question is a silly question. Ask away.

Being an online retail offering we do not offer viewings prior to purchase and or payment. However extra images can be provided. Please see our 'Retrurn Policy'.

Diamonddiva accept electronic payments via bank transfer, into a registered business company account. We also accept PayPal, Debit and Credit Cards via beepaid (by arrangement)

Card payment is via a Barclaycard secure server. Any and all payment information and or requests will be passed to you directly once you are ready to make your purchase. We do not accept cash. Cheques are ONLY accepted via prior request and agreement.

We, the company offer a free custom 'resizing' option, this service applies to many of our listed items for sale but NOT all. You will be offered this service, if applicable during your consultation. Custom resizing is an optional service. There is no cash alternative, refund or equivalent discount available.

Resizing/Alerations are completed in our contracted workshops and can take anything from 7-10 working days depending on busy times. Please be patient. If you are unsure or require a specific date, please do ask, if it is within the realms of possibility l will try my best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation and Order Amendments 

Under certain circumstances purchases can be cancelled but please do get in touch directly. This does not always apply to custom made* or bespoke orders. Please contact Maria directly.

Diamonddiva pride ourselves in the quality of products and the service we provide and by shopping online with us you can expect the same high standards. We do not offer any money back guaranties, however if you are dissatisfied with the quality of your goods, you should contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. All complaints will be dealt with personally and in an appropriate manner.

We do not pass any personal information, or details of your orders, to any other companies.
